Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Gene Nosco on March 4, 2019:

I actually never knew Tim shared the same birthday that I did until I looked at his page. We were in the same class and the same company. Company B4. I was older because I had been prior service but we were both born on the 28th of November. How odd to just figure that out.

Tim was in our cadet company and as in all companies there are various groups and various personalities that develop. Tim as I remember now, nearly 45 years later was one of those that was going to make his West Point Experience as we term it as close to a regular college experience as you could make it... which wasn't close actually .

Tim was friendly and fit in well with under and upper class members and he intended to make every small vacation count.

Such is my remembrance of Tim being involved in the automobile crash driving late at night with another cadet on leave. We didn't have the internet of course or really access to the complete story but I remember as Cadets we understood that life wasn't forever given our soon to be occupation. It was one of many such lessons we would have.

Tim rest in Peace and thank you for serving the nation.
