Dearest Mr and Mrs Girdano, We are truly sorry for the loss of your son. This is always a parent's worst fear, to out live our children. We have a cadet who just started at West Point and it worries me everyday. But I know they make the choice to serve their country and protect their people. It's just very unfortunate your son was called by our Lord so soon. If it's any comfort at all, I believe your son is now resting in peace in a wonderful place and preparing a home for you in heaven. May the Lord be with you and your family during this difficult time and give you the strength to make it through this. We will keep you in our prayers and thoughts.
