Daniel I pray that God blesses your soul and ensures the strength of your family at what is surely a trying time for them. You are one of the greatest men that I have ever known in my life. Your positive attitude drove my spirits up so many times while I was at the Academy and struggling through the trials and tribulations of life. I have so many memories of times that we shared both in E4 and on BDE Staff. I cannot think of a single thing that you did not excel in or a time that you compromised your character. I feel such sorrow for you to be taken so early. If I could take your place so that you could walk this earth another day, I would not hesitate. I don't understand God's reasons, but I know that he is taking care of you. I can't wait to see you again in the future and you will remain in my heart for the rest of my life.
