As word spread around the Class of 2007 of Daniel's death, my daughter, Bethany, sent me a text of the sad news. She had worked under Daniel during second semester of Firstie year. She told me he was "a great person". I read about his many accomplishments in the Modesto Bee newspaper. Our Nation will miss his "can do" attitude and desire to serve others. Please know we all mourn your loss and have cried with you. Please feel our arms around you. Our prayers will be with you daily. God Bless Daniel and the Hyde family.
