Dear Hyde Family - I learned of Dan's sacrifice as my unit is redeploying from East Baghdad, Iraq. I knew Dan for four years as a classmate, and had the further privilege to learn with and from him at IOBC. Take comfort, as I know you do, in the fact that he loved the Lord and was not afraid of his faith. I could search the world over and not find a person with a cross word to say about "Super Dan" Hyde. Rachael and I send you our thoughts and prayers. Dan - You ARE one of a kind brother.
