Jason, you did an amazing job as the S3 for 2nd Regiment. Mel Mansbach and I appreciated your organization and calm attitude amidst the flurry of operational changes that USCC handed down. I did not have that many emails from you about Regiment/Battalion S3 info (other than the OPORDs themselves) because you were the kind of leader that liked to meet with people personally to level bubbles and ensure things were going well. You were a great leader, and I am privileged for having the opportunity to work with you and be your classmate. Our deepest condolences go to your wife and family. Be thou at peace.
