To the Family of Cpt. Jones: My sincerest condolences to you all. I truly understand the pain you are feeling. The loss of the future that was to be his and yours. I can only offer this simple message. Know that he was where he wanted to be.Leading his men and taking care of his heartfelt responsibilities. What a fine young man. You will always miss him. This I know. Your sharp pain will diminish slightly over time and you will press on for each other and for his honor. Take one day at a time. Be strong for each other as best you can. Take turns helping and being helped. Remember everyone grieves differently so be patient and supportive.Don't hide your feelings so as to protect others. That is not healthy. Know that he is loved and respected by so many.
