J Jones- Whenever I think of you now, I think of 2 things: the first, is the moment Jake Kerr told me about what happened with you over a video conference while I was deployed in Afghanistan; the second, you crushing a pot of rice in 2007 or 2008 during a party at yours and Sean's place while we burned a small tree in the backyard. Brother - your sacrifice, your grit, and your burden to watch over us are not lost on those you've left behind. Nor are you forgotten - you are remembered, the man and warrior you were, and your commitment and sacrifice are what give us the opportunity to live on. We are but humble warriors who live in your shadow. You are always remembered and never forgotten, J Jones. Until we meet again. -Adam |
