Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Daniel Vinvent Evans Parten on September 16, 2009:

Lord, Tyler asked for courage, courage to face and conquer his own fears, courage to go where others would not go. He asked for strength... Strength of body to protect others...Strength of spirit to lead others. He ask for dedication...Dedication for his job, to do it well...Dedication to serve his country, to keep it safe.

Tyler asked, God to give him concern...For those who trusted him and compassion for those who needed him, and all he asked God...was for GOD to be at his side if it was time to report to him, while serving his county, and his Lord. Tyler stood and faced his God, which must always come to pass. He hoped his shoes were shinning, just as brightly as his brass. Step forward now, my soldier, Tyler. I see you turned the other cheek, you have been true to your church and country, and gave with your heart and soul. You've borne your burdens well. Walk peacefully on Heaven's streets, You've done your time in Hell. Your name is listed on my list as a soldier, man, son, brother, that served his country, family, mankind and most of all your God. Enter my son and sit beside your God, for I am proud of you my son. "A Job Well Done"! With all my love and gratitude, Thank You, Tyler, for my freedom and Thanks for being one of God's Heroes!

Your cousin
