| I ran into Ned in Phoenix in the early '60s. We renewed our friendship and it happened that he and Michelle were married the same day as Helen and I were, though miles apart and unknown to us at the time. Thereafter for many years it was a game to see who remembered to send a card, letter or e-mail to the other on the occasion of our mutual anniversaries. Ned was a great guy, as is Michelle a great gal, and we shall always think of them on the date, June 21st, of our wedding anniversaries. Rest in peace. |
