1LT Collins was such a great man. He was in my husband's company back at West Point. When I first met him, he just had me rolling with laughter. He had such a great personality! Every time we saw each other, we cracked up and made jokes at each other. It saddens me that such a bright light has left us. However, I am proud and blessed that I had the chance to know him.
