You don't know us but I am the daughter of a '56 grad and we are the retired Army parents of an '07 grad and would like to say: May God welcome you, Salvatore, with all the honor due a warrior of a just cause. May God and America thank you, Salvatore and Gertrude, for the gift of your precious son. Our hearts cry with you today, tomorrow and in the many days to come. But know "that man is a success who has lived well, laughed often and loved much." Robert Louis Stevenson By those terms, we have yet to meet a grad who was not a success. We are certain Salvatore was as well. Peace be with you as it is with him. |
