I read of the loss of your son and the eulogy at the time of his death. I have a son who was in an IED explosion and sent home to Walter Reed. To learn of the loss of your son brings me back to the point of tears. I have read and reread the Roosevelt quote and think again, imagine the kind of person Christopher was becoming and had become with that kind of attitude. My heart goes out to you. May the time come when your wonderful memories and the knowledge of his great sacrifice are an encouragement and challenge to live well and with the joy that your son undoubtedly chose to mark his life. |
