| This year's Cadet Basic Training has been named in honor of Christopher Goeke. 1249 New Cadets of the Class of 2015 are wearing green wristbands in his memory. On July 13th, they completed a 6 mile ruck march on the anniversary of Christopher's passing. My son told me that Chris has lifted and motivated him daily, even during his application process to the academy. Thank you Chris for your service and example. You are still leading these New Cadets and will be for the days, months and years to come. |
