| I had the honor of being one of CPT Montgomery's intstructor pilots at Fort Rucker and had high hopes for her future. She was a natural leader, a confident officer, and a capable pilot. She grasped new tasks quickly and her love for flying showed through her dedication. She was well liked and respected by her peers. It is a shock to lose her so early, she would have made many contributions not only to Army Aviation but to her husband, family, and friends. My condolences to her family and to her husband, who I also had the pleasure of flying with. May you find strength and support in your loss, your Cav family stands by you always. |
