No words can console such a heartbreaking, tragic loss of Anne with so much promise and potential. May God give you His divine peace surpassing all understanding. You can be so proud to have raised a remarkable and talented lady, leader, scholar, and soldier. She chose the harder path of selfless service and making the ultimate sacrifice for us and the Nation. Pericles said, "What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven in the lives of others." There is now a higher calling in the sky with a new co-pilot. God says death is the beginning of eternal life, so after taps He orders reveille. May God comfort you as you cherish the memory of Anne until you are reunited with her.
