It has taken me a very long while to come to this page to post my condolences to Anne's family. Please forgive me for allowing my own sadness overrule my sense of propriety. I met Anne through my daughter, Kesha, who was a friend of Anne's during their tenure as Cadets at West Point. When I visited my daughter, Anne occasionally accompanied us out to eat or just spend time with us. Not only was Anne an intelligent young woman, she had a very strong strength of spirit. That is what I will remember most. I am so very sorry for your loss and pray that since her death, your family has found comfort in the many memories you have of this wonderful young woman. You have been in my prayers from the time I learned of her death. May the Lord continue to bless you all. Sincerely, Andra Shaw |
