Be Thou At Peace

Words cannot express the grief of our family over the tragic death of this hero. Our families attend the same Catholic Church in Tampa and although the del Castillo family moved to Tampa from Texas just three years ago, I was aware of Dimitri's service through our Church bulletin and the Military Ministry. Each week, my wife and I would review the names on the deployed list and pray for each warrior and their safe return. Our own son, 1Lt Dan Holder, USAF (USAFA 2008) reported to Afghanistan for deployment just three weeks ago to fly ISR missions in support of the ground forces. We pray for the families and loved ones and know that Dimitri is with God in Heaven. The entire city of Tampa mourns with the families and celebrates the heroism of this true warrior. May God Bless.
