We extend our deepest condolences to Katie, the Pulliam and del Castillo families. Heather and I are heartbroken and mourn the loss of Dimitri. We will always cherish the memories of having Dimitri and Katie at our home this past summer. It is an honor for me to serve with Dimitri and Katie.
