We sat last year in Miche Stadium watching the class of 2011 graduate, on top of the world and filled with the mistaken belief that war would not affect the lives of the Class of 2011. Nothing but hard work and good times on the horizon for Class of 2011. David's untimely passing reminds us all that each West Point graduate may be called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice, as David made last week. Words cannot express our sorrow to David's family, but rest assured that David is in the heart and mind of every West Point graduate, family member of a West Point graduate and friend of West Point. There can be no doubt that David is in the palm of God's hand at this time. God bless David and his family... |
