To the Family of 2LT Parros, I know words cannot express the pain and loss you are feeling at this time but please know that we, along with thousands of others, will be praying for you and your family. Also, please accept our sincere and heartfelt thanks for raising such a fine young man and instilling in him the principles of duty, honor, and country long before he was accepted to West Point. Our son is a '16 grad and is currently in RS Class 09-16. Although I do not know if he knew Michael, I can say with assurance that he will garner inspiration and determination from Michael's sacrifice. Rest assured, Michael will never be forgotten and will always be in our hearts and will forever remain a link that holds together the Long Gray Line. Jim and Kristine Somerville Parents USMA 2016 |
