| Although unheralded and largely forgotten, your sacrifice deserves to be remembered on the 70th anniversary of your untimely death. Although the exact cause for your aircraft going down is yet unknown, what is certain is that you bravely kept to your duty post to prevent a greater tragedy from occurring. I hope the good Lord has kept your spirit and those of your crew who perished that September day in Newark, Ohio, in close hands. |
