Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Chris Moore '06 on August 27, 2003:

The Class Officers of the Class of 2006 would like to send our condolences and prayers to the family of our fallen comrade. While not all of us knew him personally, we have all been touched by this tragedy and heartbroken by the loss of our classmate. While we grieve his passing and keep our thoughts and prayers for his family, we also rejoice in the fact that Todd was able to serve his country so strongly in such a short amount of time that the changes he made in the lives of those around him will have a great effect on not only the way they live their lives, but the way they treat their soldiers. While Todd is unable to go on with us physically to lead Americas sons and daughters, he will go on with us in spirit, leading from the front like he always did. His positive attitude and willingness to work hard has not only changed individual lives for the better, but has changed West Point and, when we graduate, will change the Army for the better as well. He was a man of character, willing to push himself in every aspect to live above the common level of life and strive to be the best in a totally selfless manner. Todd was known by many, some better than others, but in passing Todd has touched us all. We will miss him, but will never forget our fallen brother.
