I realize that I am a latecomer to this personal eulogy page, but nonetheless, I would like to pay my respects to the bright and amazing young gentlemen that was Todd Heuchling. Todd and I were in the same Beast platoon and plebe year company. Though we did not speak to each other often, he still left a lasting impression on me as a person dedicated to service and excellence. I was amazed at what he could accomplish and always respected is approachable demeanor. Though no words of mine can offer any solace to the Heuchling family, I want them to know that Todd will always be a source of inspiration for us and we all still feel his presence even though it's been over two months since his passing.
