Although Pat and I were in many math classes together at USMA, I will forever remember best my '10 Day War' at Armor Officer Basic Course. Pat, Mike Foley and I lived & trained together on an M1 for the entire time. Pat's sense of humor and willingness to work hard kept us going through some awful weather. With him, we had a wonderful time despite the elements. He brought new meaning to cooperate and graduate. Many times I have wished I could go back to those days when all I had to worry about was track tension and Pat's smile was still with us. You'll always live in my heart Pat. |
