I too was on the track team with Tiffany. The runner that I am NOT, I dredded afternoons of long practices. But when I'd show up at the track there would be Tiffany's smile & laugh, and the laps of running seemed to fly by. She was always encouraging, positive, and happy. Those were qualities and traits that weren't always in abundance at school. Not only did this make Tiffany a wonderful person and a delight to be around, but I know it made her an outstanding officer. The Army was lucky to have had her in its ranks, as were all of us who were honored to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family in this trying and difficult time. May you find comfort in knowing how much Tiffany will be missed by her friends and classmates. Maria Monforte Class of 1997 |
