I first met Tiffany when she was a came to visit my daughter during her senior year in high school. It was truly because of her selfless service and committment to all cadets of color that I knew my daughter would be in good hands. There have been many nights and long conversations with Tiffany over the past three years regarding my daughter's trials and tribulations as a cadet. It was because of CPT Burns' compassion, patience, and continuous support that I as a parent have been able to survive the West Point experience while being stationed 5000 miles away in Germany.
