Lisa was a friend of mine. I was with her and Simon as a Rabble Rouser and on the Gospel Choir. When she came back to school after having her twins she was always an absolute inspiration to me at West Point, Ft Belvoir, and Ft Leonard Wood. Our paths touched so many times over the years. Paula and I visited Lisa and her family two weeks before she died. Although her body had weakened, her spirit was strong. I cannot describe her power, her strength. I know Lisa is watching all of us from heaven. Love Monica |
