I knew William back in '79 when he, his brother & sister, Niceta were students at Waltham High School, Waltham Mass. I remember when he went to West Point as a Plebe. His mother Rose, brother & sister often came to my post office where I worked as the clerk-in-charge. We often talked about William's going to West Point. Unfortunately when the family moved to West Point, I lost contact with them but I often wondered how William made out. I am deeply saddened to find out at the late date of his passing. My deepest condolences go out to his parents, his brother (Reggie, I think is his name), and his sister Niceta. There was another sister whom I had never met and my condolences go out to her also.
