Looking back at the experiences from cadet times, I realize the company mates and classmates were really a kind of extended family. Anne was such a caring, wonderful part of that extended family. Overwhelming sadness at losing Anne, but happy memories of those younger years. Knowing Anne was a true blessing; I'll be forever thankful. |
