| Lisa and I were in the same Officers Basic Course at Fort Bliss where we attended an Officer's Christian Fellowship Bible Study (along with several other of our classmates). I know Lisa had a personal faith and although I remember being saddened when I heard of her passing, I remain encouraged by her faith in Christ and the Hope she had in the things unseen. I am confident we will meet again and I look forward to that day. In the meantime, I think of Lisa often as one of the first friends I lost on this side of Heaven. |
