Fred and I were roommates in D-1 for a short time during cow year. After we graduated our paths didn't cross until, I believe, our 45th or 50th reunion. Somewhere in that timeframe Fred became the D-1 point of contact for Class of 65 affairs and we exchanged emails occasionally. He was always upbeat and organized and knew what was going on. Fred was always a solid, good guy. I know little or nothing about his post-graduation life, but I bet it was a happy and fulfilling one. He will be missed by all who knew him. Rest in peace, Old Friend. |
