Be Thou At Peace

From the "Howitzer" -- 1969

JAY BERNARD HANEY, Rayton, Missouri, F-3

Known as J. B. to all of his friends at West Point, he is always willing to lend a helping hand to those who need a lift. Plebe year, O.P.E. got him, but he paid them back. Track and cross country are his favorites, but Genie is still number 1. A fine student and militarist, J. B. has plans of commanding a tank battalion after graduation. "Boa Sorte" [good luck] will follow J. B. a comrade among comrades.
