Don always had a smile when he greeted me, a very pleasant man with a magnetic personality. I always enjoyed talking with him about anything, just sharing thoughts, words and experiences. I was a business executive in Philadelphia when Don was GM of the 76ers. I was always proud to tell people he was my classmate from West Point. He wore the label well.
