Phil Feir commanded the 7th Infantry Division when I worked for him and was his next door neighbor. On duty, he was 'the commanding general.' Off duty, he was a prolific gardener, excellent host, first-class raconteur, caring family man, and an all-around pleasure to know. May he experience everlasting peace and joy. |
