Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Doug Dribben on October 9, 2006:

LTC(R) Dick "Beadeye" Breakiron touched more lives of West Pointers through so many media than anyone else I know. His guidance and friendship were greatly valued by many, including me, and the example he set of service to the Corps, the Country, and his fellow countrymen is one that we all should strive to emulate. Through all the time I knew him, he was fair, decisive, and wise, yet coated the iron in his backbone in velvet in his dealings. Well done, Beadeye; be thou at peace.
