I had the pleasure of working with Nancy as a retired teacher from OLV. Through Nancy, Iwas able to meet Warren. I spent time with this loving couple at their home for many dinners and discussions. They really exemplified true love in all aspects of their lives. Through these dinners, I was able to hear many stories from their courtship, Warren's West Point activities, and their families. I was even privy to some of their old home movies and seeing the family pics as well. Warren always had fond memories of West Point and I was able to hear the story of the mule mascot statue. There was always laughter, sometimes so much that I had tears in my eyes. This amazing couple will always hold a special place in my heart. They are now together in Heaven and spreading laughter always. Miss them always! |
