David E Wheeler, West Point Class of 1955, passed away at his home in Tampa Florida after a months long battle with cancer. Most of his life, he was healthy & happy. His life revolved around his beloved wife of 62 years, Catherine (Caye). He is also survived by his sons, David & Mark. I could not have asked for a better father. He was strong, kind, generous, extremely smart, ambitious, adventurous, with a love of laughter & the occasional martini. Rest well Dad, we miss you everyday. |
