Our heartfelt condolences to the family, loved ones, friends, and all those greatly impacted by the loss of Cadet Winey and the other fine soldiers and heroes who lost their lives in this tragic incident. We pray for you, our thoughts are with you, and we stand by you in spirit as you deal with your loss. May all those lost in this incident rest in peace.
