Francis M. Greene Jr. Investment Executive, 54 Francis Martin Greene Jr., an investment adviser, died Sunday in an automobile accident near East Johnsburg, N.Y. He was 54 years old and lived in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. Mr. Greene, a graduate of West Point and the Harvard Business School, was executive vice president of Estabrook Capital Management. He had been with Brown, Brothers, Harriman from 1961 to 1985. He is survived by his wife, Fayal; a son, James; a daughter, Josephine, all of Riverdale; a stepdaughter, Lucy Duff of Northampton, Mass.; his mother, Marcia, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and a sister, Judith Fife of Ottawa.
