Frank was my I-2 company commander and a good friend. We spent many hours on the squash courts together during cow and firstie years. He played #1 and I played #2 on the I-2 squash team that won brigade firstie year (IIRC). I don't think either of us lost a match all year, but he consistently beat me about three out of every four games that we played. Frank was a leader, had a good sense of humor, was very competitive and exemplified the ideals of duty, honor, country. Be at peace. You will be missed. Tom Sims 8 SEP 2010 |
