Kelly was a loyal and dedicated classmate who served the Class of 1955 and West Point with boundless energy. It is safe to say, his passing is the end of an era for West Point. All who knew him considered Kelly a great friend and a sweet man. He will be sorely missed by all of us. May he rest in eternal peace in the arms of the Almighty. |
