| Tom was my friend for many years. We first met in 1951 and he later introduced me to my future wife Betty in 1953. Even though our careers did not allow us to live close together, we always stayed in touch. After retirement were Company L-2 reunions and Class of '55 cruises, and it was always a joy to be with Tom and Peggy. We also had fathers who were military men, good friends and great polo players who played on the same army teams. Tom's passing is a great loss to our class and we will miss him. |
