| As we all mourn the loss of a classmate, it tells us something good about him to recall one of his very last acts: to inform the class that he would have to withdraw from his role as publisher of the 50th year book/CD because he had become aware that his days with us were numbered and he would not be able to finish the task--and then he offered to devote whatever time he had left to help whoever was to take his place. Attention to duty (in this case, to his class) to the last! |
