I just found out that Everett (Moose) Yon has passed. I was a fellow officer with Moose in the Advanced Infantry Officer Course at Ft. Benning in 1962. We became close friends and fishing buddies. I last saw him while he was in command of the Ranger Camp in Georgia in 1972. I feel honored to have known him. |
