Judy and I regret that we didn't see more of John after he left the service. John was a wondeful friend and an outstanding officer. We last saw him in Germany in the the 3rd Division. We fondly recall our wild ride from the Founder's Day Dinner in Heidelberg to the hospital when Diane was in labor. May he rest in peace and keep a place for us in the Long Grey Line. God bless.
