| Dirk was a close friend who was admired by all. My special memories of Dirk revolved around his unselfish attitude as a very loving husband to Ann; a loving father to his exceptional children; his kindness to all who knew him and his thoughtfulness to all his classmates. Dirk liked everyone and everyone liked him. Dirk was the perfect FAMILY MAN and was quite proud of all his children and grandchildren. His crowning achievement was converting to Catholicism for his family. Be thou at peace Dirk and you will always be in our prayers. PETE & ANNE VERFURTH |
