Barbara and family, I just recently learned of the passing of COL Bullock and my thoughts are with you. He was a real and true professional in every sense. I well remember the opportunities he gave junior officers to further their skills and education. And Barbara, your arrival at Camp Long (Wonju) was like a breath of fresh air that improved moral tremendously. |
