My sincere condolences to the entire Barlow Family. I was very sad to hear of Col Barlow's passing and reminded of his role in my graduating from West Point. Col Barlow fought a few battles with the Dean at academic boards on my behalf helping to keep me on the Dean's ten most wanted list verses being thrown back into the civilian ranks. I am forever grateful for his deed and role in helping me graduate. Thank you Sir, be thou at peace. |
