| The first thing you notice before you enter the room is his voice. A sort of raspy, gravley kind of voice that carried and carried. Whenever there was an issue in the Admissions Program the first guy we'd go to was LTC William Lee Schwartz. He had the institutional knowledge and experience to help with every challenge. He was a very strong advocate for minority candidates throughout his area. I have known Bill for more than 20 years (Captain to Lieutenant Colonel) and cannot speak any higher in my praise of his commitment to the United States Military Academy and the United States Army. May he rest in Peace. |
